Barbara McBean is a passionate trailblazer dedicated to the transformation of human consciousness, holistic wellness, and the elevation of the human spirit. With an unshakable belief in the power of healing, growth, and joy, Barbara has spent over 25 years pioneering innovative pathways for others to rediscover their inner light, live in alignment, and thrive.

A dynamic force in the fields of beauty, science, and wellness, Barbara is the founder of several cutting-edge clinical cosmetic companies, including VIDALASH, DigitexPro, and Radiant Laser. Her passion for innovation and applied science is matched by a deep love for nature and the planet—making her an avid environmentalist and advocate for sustainable transformation on both a personal and planetary level.

Barbara’s visionary spirit extends into education, having founded multiple Canadian Post-Secondary Institutions under the Eternal Beauty Institute brand, as well as co-founding regenerative medical centres across the country through Eternal Beauty Medical. A prolific curriculum designer, she has authored and curated over 100 accredited college-level programs, empowering students with the tools and knowledge to succeed in the evolving industries of medical aesthetics, wellness, and entrepreneurship.

Currently researching, coaching and teaching in Bali, Indonesia. Richard is the Senior Research Manager of InspireMe360, overseeing the building of resources and foundations to support the ongoing initiatives of the InspireMe360 consulting group and the Design Shop.

Richard, highly attuned to current innovations, is also grounded in a joyful pursuit of historical understanding and has a keen discernment in restoring what has proven valuable in flourishing civilizations over time and is valuable today as we entertain truly new structures of human consciousness and build the new cultures to support them.

He is the leader/facilitator of “Bright Space”, a weekly pilot project in Bali’s famous Pyramids of Chi – Sound Healing Center – pioneering the design of effective groups that incorporate the Design Shop methods in personal development areas.

That creative instinct led me to explore film, marketing, and digital content—ultimately shaping the foundation of my career.

Over time, I developed a broad and versatile skill set. I’ve built and executed ad campaigns, developed visual branding, written high-performing copy, and managed social media strategies across multiple industries. But what sets me apart is my ability to not just follow trends—but to create them. I’m constantly refining my skills in design, AI tools, content creation, and marketing automation to stay ahead of what’s next.

What drives me most is the ability to help brands and people stand out. I love solving creative challenges, building things from scratch, and turning concepts into polished, compelling content. Whether I’m designing a graphic, launching a campaign, or writing a story—I bring passion, precision, and a vision for excellence to everything I create.

Earlier in her journey, Barbara competed in the Miss Universe pageant and built a successful international modeling career. These early experiences naturally evolved into her lifelong dedication to public speaking, community service, and empowering others through education and heart-led leadership.

Today, Barbara continues to lead with passion, purpose, and a vision for a more awakened, compassionate, and thriving world.

Richard worked with thought-leaders, authors, musicians and spiritual teachers in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years, and is an active participant in both the Science and Non-Duality Conferences and a member of CEO Space. Prior to his service on the west coast, he enjoyed a successful art career in New York City, creating 800+ paintings and thousands of limited-edition fine art prints. He was featured in the NYC Art Expos by multiple galleries and has had many one-man exhibitions in the US.

His skills also range from structural editing, filmmaking, coaching, facilitation, branding, training and visual design. Richard is from an artistic family in Ohio. His father was a C-Suite executive and his mother was an actress. His early exposure to music, acting, painting and intellectual pursuits were supported by the writings and personal training of George Leonard, a pioneer of the human potential movement, and by the extensive body of writings that are the foundation of the Baha’i Faith. He attended the California Institute of the Arts and was mentored by Dr. Daniel Jordan, a pioneer in new educational model designs, based on the work of Alfred North Whitehead, at the Graduate School of the University of Massachusetts.

Because he holds a belief in the deep unity of the world’s religions, he has been an active student of the effectiveness of many spiritual paths, as well as developments in psychology that have been pioneering, in thought and action, the human capacity to align with the deep, spiritual purposes of the Cosmic, Universal Intelligence.
